This is a beautiful, easy to learn set of 18, sequential Qigong forms based on Yang Style tai chi.
Shibashi's health benefits are extensive. The flowing movements will help to relieve shoulder pain and tension which will help to enhance your focus and boost your stamina. The lungs and heart are stimulated, helping to improve blood circulation throughout the entire body. You will find your legs strengthened which will improve your balance and stability. Your nervous system will relax which can enhance your natural immunity. You may even find you shed some weight through the waist and lower body.
Nothing is a miracle cure however, Qigong is pretty close to it. Not only will you release years of tension and stress, you may also find your sleep improves. Shibashi is renowned for helping to ease chronic fatigue.
